I bought this car at 20,000 miles. It has been extremely reliable. Its a tank in the snow, hence the all wheel drive. I love all of the power features including the bluetooth, gps, sun roof, remote power trunk, the valet key, the turbo, the front and side airbags. The list goes on. I have a full service report through Audi Reno Tahoe. I do have the owners manual as well. I just recently replaced the timing belt. I love this car but due to my lifestyle as a mother I need something more convenient
